What we build

Six ways AI starts paying for itself.

No science projects. Each of these replaces hours of real, repetitive work that already happens in your business, and each one is measured before and after.

Customer and sales agents

An assistant on WhatsApp, web chat or email that answers enquiries at 23:00 on a Sunday, qualifies the lead, books the meeting and hands a clean summary to your team.

  • WhatsApp Business and web chat
  • Lead qualification and booking
  • Trained on your products and prices
  • Human handover when it matters

Workflow automation

The admin that eats your week: bookings, orders, onboarding and approvals. Automated end to end, with checks at every step.

  • Bookings and order handling
  • Client onboarding flows
  • Approvals routed automatically
  • Connects to email, Sheets, CRM, accounting

Marketing and sales automation

Every lead followed up in minutes. Personalised messages, nurture sequences and CRM updates that run while your team sells.

  • Instant lead follow-up
  • WhatsApp and email sequences
  • CRM updates and reminders
  • Campaign reporting

Knowledge assistants

A private assistant that knows your products, policies and internal guides, and answers staff and customer questions in seconds.

  • Product and pricing questions
  • Internal guides and how-tos
  • Answers show where they came from
  • Access controlled by team

AI content studio

Content at the volume social media demands, without losing the brand. AI speeds up production; our designers direct and approve every piece.

  • Social content systems
  • Product imagery and mockups
  • Copy in your brand voice
  • Every piece reviewed by a designer

AI audit and team training

Before you buy tools, know where AI pays. We map your processes, rank the opportunities and train your people to use AI well.

  • AI opportunity audit
  • Tool selection
  • Team workshops
  • Usage guidelines
See it work

A Saturday enquiry. Handled before Monday.

Most leads go cold waiting for office hours. An assistant answers in seconds, knows your stock and prices, books the viewing and hands your team a warm, qualified lead.

  • Answers only from information you approve
  • Books straight into your calendar or CRM
  • Hands over to a named person, with context
  • Every conversation logged for review

The maths

What is repetitive work costing you?

Move the sliders. This is a rough, conservative estimate. The audit replaces it with measured numbers from your own processes.

Assumes 48 working weeks, 173 paid hours a month, and that 30% to 50% of repetitive hours can be automated or assisted. Real results depend on your processes, systems and data quality.

How we deliver

Small bets first. Then scale what works.

We never start with a big build. We start by finding the process where AI pays most, prove it in 30 days, and only then scale.

01

Audit

We map your processes, time and data, then rank AI opportunities by value, effort and risk.

1 to 2 weeks
02

Pilot

One focused use case, live with real users, measured against a baseline.

30 days
03

Build

Harden the pilot, connect it to your systems and add the guardrails.

Scoped per project
04

Hand over

Your team learns to use, check and improve it. Documentation included.

Monthly
Our principles

Responsible by default. Not by footnote.

Human in the loop

Anything that commits money, makes a promise or touches a sensitive decision needs a person to approve it.

POPIA by design

Minimum data, clear purpose, access controls and an operator agreement. Privacy is designed in, not bolted on.

You own it

Your prompts, workflows, data and documentation are yours. No hostage situations, no lock-in.

Measured in rand

Every build has a baseline and a target. If it does not save time or make money, we change it or stop.

Questions we get asked.

That is not how we design it. We automate the repetitive part of a job so your people spend their time on customers and selling. Every build has a named person who approves what goes out.

We design for POPIA from the first workshop: only the personal information the process actually needs, clear access controls, logging, and a written record of where data is processed and stored. We sign an operator agreement with you and help you update your own privacy notices. Sensitive processes can be kept away from public AI tools entirely.

The AI audit is a fixed fee agreed upfront. Builds are quoted after the audit, because scope drives cost and we would rather quote once, properly. Most engagements are a once-off build plus a monthly fee for hosting, monitoring and improvement. The time-back calculator above gives you a sense of the value side of that equation.

We are model-agnostic. We choose between leading language models and automation platforms based on cost, accuracy on your task, security and where the data is processed, and we can switch later without rebuilding everything. You are never locked into us or into a single vendor.

It will, sometimes, which is why we build guardrails: it only answers from approved information, it says when it does not know, it escalates to a person on defined triggers, and high-stakes actions need human approval. During the pilot we measure accuracy against real cases before anything goes wider.

No. Some of the best returns are in teams of five to fifty, where one person is drowning in admin. If the audit shows AI is not worth it for you yet, we will say so.

Next step

Start with an AI audit.

Two weeks. A ranked list of where AI will save time or make money in your business, what each would cost, and what we would pilot first. Then you decide.
